What to expect
A few important things to know so your trash bin cleaning goes smoothly and safely. We want every customer to feel prepared and comfortable before we arrive.
Gas pressure washer is loud
We use a gas-powered pressure washer to get bins truly clean. It makes noise similar to a lawn mower or leaf blower. We work as quickly as possible and try to finish each bin in 10–30 minutes.
We need an outdoor water spigot
A working outdoor water spigot must be available for our pressure washer. If the spigot is hard to find, hidden, or turned off, it may delay or prevent service.
Bins must be accessible
Please leave your bins outside and easy to reach on service day. You do not need to be home, but gates must be unlocked and pets must be secured.
Plan for 10–30 minutes per bin
Most cleanings take 10–30 minutes per bin, depending on how dirty the bin is. We move methodically so your bins come out spotless.
Wednesday is our main service day
We run regular routes on Wednesday afternoons and evenings, between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM. You can request a different day, but Wednesday is recommended for the fastest scheduling.
We work on foot, close to Orangecrest
Because we walk equipment between jobs, we only accept short walking-distance jobs in and around Orangecrest. If you are unsure whether your address fits, call or text us and we'll let you know.
Hazardous materials must be removed
We cannot clean bins that contain needles, broken glass, medical waste, flammable liquids, or other dangerous materials. Please remove these before service. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe bins.
Maggots & heavy contamination cost extra
Bins with maggots or heavy buildup take extra time and supplies. We add a $5 fee per affected bin. We will confirm the fee before applying it when possible.
We bring all equipment and supplies
You do not need to provide anything except water access. We bring the gas pressure washer, hose, foam cannon, cleaners, brushes, and protective gear.
Payment is due when service is done
We accept cash, Cash App, and PayPal. Payment is due after the cleaning is completed. More payment options are coming soon.
